Originally had ordered the 2400W panel, and while it worked okay and it was stylish . I was not completely satisfied with it. Didn’t seem to have the power I’d expected. It takes a few minutes to warm up which means either you let it run for a few minutes before treatment or stand there and wait. Also, I’m barely 5’ tall, had to kneel down in order to expose from top of head to lower quads. That was my fault for not getting a taller panel. So, decided to upgrade to the 3240W. A bit more expensive than previous model. Worth every single penny. The minute it gets turn on it’s ready to go, no need to wait for it to warm up. It will save you time and money on electricity. The panel is so beautiful, can go with any interior decor. The 2 biggest benefits from it that I’ve seen are deeper sleep and helps with soreness from lifting. If you can afford to spend a bit more on a more powerful…..don’t hesitate, you will be happy for it. Last but not least, want to recognize the topnotch service I received from John from beginning to end of transaction. He truly cares about customer satisfaction. This was my first red light I've purchased. I love it and use it every day.

Two years of daily use and still going strong with no problems. Eyes and skin rashes have improved better than the prescription meds or UV-B wand I can no longer use for these conditions. Favorite feature is its small footprint so it doesn't take up a lot of floor space. Lightweight enough that my feeble self can slide it across the floor to move it around without having it on wheels. Timer can be set for less than 5 minutes so I can easily set it for each side of my body's skin.
