This is a nice reprieve if out in the heat. Just freeze overnight and use outside. The downside is that it only cools for about 30 mins, the FL heat radiating off of me made it warm in a hurry. I might need a battery operated neck fan for longer periods of time.

Bought for my petite, elderly mom. It was too small for her neck; stops on the sides of the neck and digs in. It's like putting a head band around your neck. Uncomfortable. If the ends didn't curve in, it would be more comfortable. Or, if it was longer and ended more in front, perhaps better. The diameter of the tube is maybe that of a quarter. Smaller than I expected, but think it would have been okay. I didn't try freezing it so can't comment on that. I am returning it.

I absolutely love this! I keep it in my freezer and put it on when I’m having a “hot flash”. It fits comfortably around my neck and cools me off instantly. It’s so light weight I don’t even know it’s there. It thaws in about 15 mins, giving me the perfect amount of time to recover from my “hot flash”. My husband uses it when he races in the desert to cool his body temperature off after a race. It stays frozen in a cooler with ice. I highly recommend.

I get migraines often and tend to overheat. I’ve tried I’ve packs and pads for behind my neck but they’re either too cold to hold a long time or the condensate, but not this bad boy! Loved the discrete design, no condensation! The only thing I’d say is that it last about 25 min before you have to put it in freezer for 10.

I purchased one and it was a great help with hot flashes. Then, decided to have two, using one and having the other in reserve. While in the freezer, they freeze very quickly. If there is a bad period of time, I always have at least one as a backup,

Works almost to well. I keep in my personal sized ice chest with a Yeti ice brick and 4 hours later it's too cold to wrap around neck. I just need different set up and I'm sure it will work fine.
