Licorice showed up very hard... like old hard. Flavor is great, as it should be, but there is almost a crust on the outside of the product. Firm licorice is one thing, old is another. Seller denies anything wrong with it.

NOT REMOTELY LICORICE!!!!
I would return it if I could. This product is NOT REMOTELY LICORICE. Does not taste like licorice at all. Tastes like corn syrup in a chewy piece. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PRODUCT. I FEEL CHEATED!!!

These have a good taste but I’m afraid I’m going to break a tooth because there hard. Advertised as soft and there not.
