This product broke a little after having it for a year. When I moved the shower head directly it completely came off. It is pointless to swap out the filter with a broken shower head. I will be looking for a different company. It is a very wasteful design. I'm lucky I caught the shower head. With the water pressure it could have hit me or fallen on me and caused injury.

This product is GREAT! For the nay sayers that says it drips/leaks. Did you check both O rings to make sure they are seated correctly? Did you use the tape provided to wrap where it attaches to the wall pipe AND around the unit where you replace the filter???? Did you use at least 3 times around with the tape? Did you tighten the the unit sufficiently? I'm guess you didn't do one or al of the above. LOVE this product!!!

I love this shower head. Clean, soft water. Lots of pressure and several settings for comfort and control. Well worth the money.

I felt within a few days, the difference in my hair and skin. That "itchiness" was gone, my hair squeaked when washing it. The shower head has 3 settings which are all powerful. I am enjoying my new, easy to install shower filter so much, I sent it to my children for Christmas!

Had a few weeks now. Good so far. No complaints. It comes with the plumber's tape so you can install without leakage. I was concerned about the flow of water being too low, but the output has been good so far, pleasantly surprised. I used to get out of the shower and smell like chlorine and chemicals, and now I don't so it is great! feels good on my skin and hair.

My city is going through a Chlorine burn on the water, and the water previously was very harsh and smelly on the skin. We decided to play it safe as far as our health was concerned and took a chance on this shower filter. I LOVE the settings, and I actually enjoy and feel safe taking a shower now!

Showers are now how they should feel.

Bought it about two years ago, happy with it first, I believe it did filter the water, at least when exchanging filters they where all rusty and dirty with debris. Already after one year got a crack in the thread, small water sprinkling out, the plastic is not very sturdy. If it was made of metal, it would be worth to pay more for it. If there is an-alternative I'd change immediately. 3 stars for doing its job but not for being long lasting.
