I bought these as I had tried (with excellent results) the leg part at a spa. I would highly recommend these. However, for those considering paying an extra £4-500 for the arm and hip part please do not bother. For one the control pad is about £500 and the connector cord £50 so you can see the leg part is valued at about £200. for the extra £500 you do not get a second control pad just the attachments. More importantly the arms need to come with a warning. I am young and active. I have used the legs with no issues. However the arms (at setting 5 of 7 for 30 mins) created such a reaction I had a 24 hr incredibly painful headache fever and nausea . Do be careful and build up slowly. Honestly the legs alone are enough
