Loved them. My husband hard to fit - measured as suggested, perfect fit. Bought two pair, liked them so much, immediately ordered two more.

Bought these for my 97 year old mother they are easy to get on and off. She loves them.

I purchased a pair of Ailaka Zipper Compression socks and a pair of Ziperior compression socks so I could compare the overall quality of the two different manufacturers. The overall quality of both brands of compression socks is excellent. I used the chart in the photos on the product page to determine my size (3X) and it was accurate, although the height of the sock is a little too high. The only reason this product received 4 stars instead of 5 is because the overall length comes up to the top of my knee. Once fully zippered I fold the top of the sock down below my knee. I am 5'10" tall and the sock is a bit too high. I recommend zipping the sock all the way up and then folding the top below the knee. I wear a US mens size 10 shoe and the sock fits good but if my foot were any smaller, the "sock" portion would have been a little long over the foot. It feels like 3X is good for a US mens size 10 and larger, even though the compression portion is still great. The zipper is very strong and so is the material that is under the zipper to keep you from getting skin or hair caught in the zipper. The quality of the Ailaka brand and the Ziperior brand were equally good but the Ziperior sock stops at the bottom of my knee and doesn't have to be folded under. If you have very long legs the Ailaka brand may be a better choice and if you have average length legs, the Ziperior brand may be a better choice. I will do an update once I've had these compression socks for a while.

I gave this a 1 star, not because of quality, but because other short people need to be aware. My husband is 5'4". He must cut off at least 4" of his usual knee high compression socks in order to fit below the knee. He is also unable to remove his socks w/out my help so his doctor recommended the zippered socks. (She told him she recommends them to EVERYONE who needs compression socks.) We happily ordered a pair, totally forgetting about his short stature. Unfortunately we had to return them. (You can't cut 4" off a zipper!) It would be wonderful if these socks were made for shorter people too. (HINT HINT TO THE MANUFACTURER!🤔)

After open heart surgery I experienced some serious edema in my legs. I bought these hoping they would be easier to put on (they were) but over all I couldn't wear them long term. I'm also short (5'2") and have peripheral neuropathy and these socks simply were too long and the feet didn't feel right after I wore them for awhile. For someone else of average height or taller, and without additional foot issues, they may be perfect.

Had a little trouble getting sizes right but we did. Thank you so much.

I’ve never had zipper compression socks only the pull up kind and was really hoping they would fit but didn’t. I took all my measurements and still they didn’t fit. I would suggest you size up if you order them. One thing I didn’t like was the zipper on the outside of the leg. I watched others videos and saw how difficult it was to try to zipper up. If they were on the inside of the leg it would’ve been easier. I never did re order. To ship them back I had to go to a place not close to me. So I don’t think I can recommend them unless I tried a bigger size.

I had a prescription leg wrap that I couldn’t fit by myself. Compression stockings were hard to get into. These with zips are much better to get into and provide the desired compression. I shall be buying more pairs.

Leider passen zwar die wadenmaße, allerdings sollte man dann auch dickere Füße haben, wenn man dickere waden hat.
