Received my ink roller today and upon opening the package, it was evident that there was significant leakage from at least one ink bottle. Inside the small package box, there was the roller itself and two small Ziploc-style bag, each containing 3 ink bottles. EVERYTHING in the box had ink on it so after cleaning my hands and the roller, I looked at each ink bottle bag. Fortunately, one of the bags only had ink on the outside so I had three ink bottles that were intact. However, the second ink bottle bag showed that all three ink bottles had leaked. The ink bottles use a child-safety type top so you have to push down and then turn in order to remove the top. So not sure if this was just poor packaging, but in the end it doesn't matter. Instead of 6 ink bottles, I have 3 useable ink bottles. And I'm OK with that. This was more a curiosity purchase than a serious need. So 3 bottles will last me a very long time. And clean up was pretty easy if you have some pumice soap (i.e. Lava or any other "garage" hand soap).As for the roller itself, it does just want it is supposed to. I used it on an old bill I found and it certainly covered up the info I used it on. I would have given it 5 stars but the ink took much longer than I expected to fully cure as it was still a bit "wet" after 2 minutes. So if you use it before shredding, wait a bit unless you want to possibly get some ink on your hands. Certainly a decent purchase for the price and purpose.

It was exactly what I was looking for. It works well on blocking out info you don’t want seen. I have gone through the first inker and don’t know how to refill it.

This little roller does a great job of covering up printed info. 1 swipe usually does the job, at most 2 swipes needed. I have looked carefully at the covered info, front and back, and nothing is visible. I have not refilled as yet, so not sure how easy that process will be. Recommended

Updated review: It was sunshine and rainbows when I started using it. Ink ran out after doing 5 envelopes. I tried to refill and one of the bottles exploded in my hand… and yes. I made sure it was the right side when refilling.

I like that it completely blots out everything. The extra ink I'd spill in transit though

One or more of the extra bottles of ink spilled.The whole package was black with ink. What a mess!The roller does work as described (once I cleaned the ink off of it.)

This is perfect when you don't want your address or personal info in the garbage. I use it on prescription bottles, mail, magazine labels, delivery boxes and anything you don't want shared. It's a must have. It will also make a great stocking stuffer.
