Warhammer 40,000: Core Book (10th Edition)

I really enjoyed reading this book! Everything about it was well thought out. The art was amazing and I loved learning about so many different factions. This is a must have for anyone trying, or in the 40k hobby. I was so enthralled while reading it.

Came sealed and in pristine condition. Either 11e coming you might hold off for the rules aspect unless you like the lore within, of which 2/3 of the book is lore!

A very detailed book which explains all the factions and some of the core rules. Lots of pictures!

I'm a brand new player of Warhammer 40K, and this book is a great reference for the rules of the game, the how to section on beginning to build and paint your army is a good addition, as it mentions that by no means is gaming the only way to enjoy the hobby, but of course if you are interested in this book chances are you are either already playing or want to play the game. I love that not only are there pages about the factions and sub factions, but that there are pictures of armies that you can use as reference for painting your faction, example if you want to paint the space wolves, the picture found in this book can be a good reference. Overall, combined with being a good book that came sealed and handled with care, as well as being again a good book for 40K players, I can recommend this.

Picked this up to unlock the datasheets for the GW App. Like all of these books, it’s a lot of money for what you get. No dings on the quality - it’s a solid book and very well put together.

This Warhammer book has almost everything that I like: spaceships, robots, elves, and to top it all off, PICTURES!!! (Well, technically they are called the Aeldari, but they are basically space elves with guns and cool armor, but I might be biased.) More seriously, this book is a rule book for the Warhammer 40,000 game. It includes a description for every army in the game and tells you about some of the units in the army. I expect I will continue to read and enjoy Warhammer 40000: Core Book for many months and years to come. I am returning to this hobby after a long absence. I remember the old edition from way back and this is a huge step forward. I am a fan of the stratagems in general. It is a simple command and control rule set that still creates great distinctions between factions. Most of the book is fun fiction and picture galleries, but the rules were a pleasant surprise.
