Received the shoes which were delivered over the Bank Holiday with accurate tracking of the product throughout its journey - really, most impressive. Big thank you to all the behind-the-scenes workers who made this possible.The shoes are excellent, as I had come to expect from this brand, very comfortable. I obviously can't comment on their longevity yet but other reviewers have attested to this feature. Will be ordering from Amazon soon after this experience

I use these tennis shoes for tennis and walking over the South Downs in good weather. Previous pair of K Suisse lasted many years and always felt comfy and up to the job.

I'd been wearing Asics for many years, and thought I'd give these a try. Though it's early days I was very impressed with the build quality and support. Sole was very grippy indeed. Shoe is very stylish to wear around town. Really pleased as I hadn't worn K-Swiss for 20+ or so years!

Replacing an old pair of K-Swiss tennis shoes that had served their time.I so wanted these to fit, as they look and feel like a quality pair of tennis shoes.In reality: fit is fine when at rest, but if you move around a few steps, change direction etc like when playing tennis... there is a bit too much movement at the heel, they feel like a potential blister factory. And a pinch at the toes / front of the foot when accelerating forward.Close call, but I am returning them, keeping the Asics Gel Resolution 8's which dont look as good or as durable (imho), but... they feel better.

I have used K Swiss tennis shoes for 25 years +. The Defier is a comfortable hardwearing all court shoe which has always given me great service.

These shoes do just the job expected. I went for the slightly more expensive model and am pleased with the result. I play tennis two or three times a week, outdoors and in. I usually buy running shoes half a size too large but bought these the correct size (9/43 for me). There is room at the toe but the overall fit is snug and grips well, important for tennis where the turning happens often. I previously had a pair of K Swiss so tend to stick with this brand and am not disappointed.

I used to be a huge fan of K-Swiss trainers, but now I’m convinced they’ve taken inspiration from fast food—great for a quick fix but guaranteed to fall apart just as fast. After only two months, these shoes were more 'Swiss cheese' than K-Swiss, with holes that would make a geologist proud. Either this pair isn’t genuine, or K-Swiss has decided that 'falling apart' is the latest in fashion. If you’re looking for trainers that double as DIY sandals in a few months, look no further! Highly disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it.

These shoes have been discontinued by the manufacture. I wear size 10 1/2 which is the most common men’s size. I hunted all over the Internet to try to find some and I found these in England. I ordered them and receive them in about four days time all the way from great Britain. They were US sizing as I thought they should be I was so happy with the experience that I ordered another pair.

It's been difficult to find the Defier model in recent years. I was told that K-Swiss discontinued them - which would be foolish since the shoe is really, really good. For my feet, this is the best shoe I've owned, and I've bought lots of others for tennis. My foot size is 11 and I have a pretty narrow foot with not much arch. These shoes fit great, support the arch and they play outstanding on the courts. I just bought 2 more pair, just in case....Was once Tennis Magazine shoe of the year or some such thing........K Swiss needs to keep them around !
