If you like good coffee ………
I have only had my new coffee machine for a few days and therefore my judgement is based on that. Although expensive, and we are still learning how to use it, so far it seems to be a great machine. The only negative so far is the lack of a manual which doesn’t make life easy. Having owned a number of “pod” machines and been a member of a well known company for “ever” we decided to buy a bean to cup machine. There are a number of plus points that encouraged us away from a new pod machine. The automatic bean grinder, the automatic milk function, the self cleaning aspects, being able to adapt and save your favourite blend at the touch of a button, the easy removal of the water container - which includes a water filter - and grounds container, not counting the ability to choose from 13 coffee/other options at a touch of a button on the interactive touch screen and being able to choose the strength of your coffee. All this makes life easy. With all these features combined into one machine it may seem bulky but in fact it looks really neat not having separate products for each function. As I have to drink decaf and my husband has ordinary coffee, we have yet to perfect a way of working this out, as against the easy pod method. I cannot at the moment comment on any leakage but I have a water absorbent mat underneath my machine which soaks up any drips.

Great first coffee machine, a few flaws but excellent coffee
This is my first automatic coffee machine, and I’m genuinely impressed. The Magnifica Evo Next comes in a complete package: inside I found the water filter, a pH test strip, the measuring spoon for ground coffee, and the steam nozzle. The materials are mostly plastic—solid and well put together, though not exactly premium. I bought it on sale, and for the price, it offers a lot. The coffee tastes great, with a rich flavor and nice crema, and it’s all very easy to make. The control panel is intuitive, and it only takes a few taps to prepare drinks. There are plenty of beverage options, and you can even set up individual profiles, which is handy if everyone at home has different preferences. A big plus for me is the option to use pre-ground coffee instead of beans, perfect for trying different blends or making decaf. The automatic cleaning system works fine, though it’s a bit annoying having to leave a cup under the spout every time the machine turns on or off. As for the downsides, the manual is rather lacking—I had to look online to figure out how to use ground coffee. It’s also quite noisy, something you really notice early in the morning. It seems to use more coffee than I expected, but that’s probably just me being overly enthusiastic in the first week. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase: it brews great coffee, it’s easy to use, and it includes everything you need to get started at a very fair price.

Tasty and hot coffee!
This coffee machine is fabulous. The drinks are lovely and hot and it’s easy to use. It’s easy to clean too, not loads of faff. The milk carafe goes in the fridge and can be dishwasher cleaned every few days (it auto cleans after every use). The coffee (obviously depending on the beans you use) is robust and flavoursome. Not thin and watery. Again though the Coffee served is hot. This was important because our experience is that lots of coffee machines produce coffee that’s not hot enough. The hot water function gives water hot enough to make tea in a cup with a teabag. We put our kettle away as a result.

Good grief
The worst thing money can buy honestly, wouldn't want it even if it was free. I thought my Stilosa was pretty mediocre, but this thing is 4x the price and at least 4x as bad. It has been returned and the Stilosa is back from storage and has been apologised to for the previous slander lol This thing makes a cup of coffee that I have to put in the microwave to get a little temperature to so it doesn't feel like I am panic drinking a coffee I forgot on the side for 30 minutes. Automatic milk FROTH? More like 'automatic small amount of bubbles', I could make the same amount of bubbles manually with a paper straw to blow through. The picture is supposed to be a 'myLatte with silky foam'. There is no foam at all there, under those bubbles you'll find room temp milky coffee. I tried literally everything to make this thing work because it was supposed to be a big splurge birthday gift for myself, so after extensive googling; I did a full descale cycle after just a few cups of coffee that were made from double filtered water, no luck getting temp up or nicer tasting coffee. Tried all the different grind settings and strength settings to get a decent cup, but somehow just ended up with weirdly bitter and somehow also watery coffee, even at the stronger settings? Nowhere near the great balanced coffee the Stilosa makes from the exact same beans. Made sure all the parts were in place fully. The milk frother I tried to get working with a couple different milk options to see if it made any difference, but it all yielded the same result. Also tried to deep clean the milk container to no avail. It also doesn't tell you to refill beans, you just hear the grinder spinning with no resistance and that's how you know you now have to fill the beans and start again. Bottom tray fills up with discard water from inside the machine and doesn't notify you it needs emptying at all. It just overflows so your worktop has a puddle of dirty coffee water stood on it, hidden under the coffee maker, until you notice. But at least it notifies you that the discard grounds needs to be emptied way before it's full, and water refill way before it's empty. The only thing worth one star is that, if it worked, it would be so great to just click a button and get a great cup of coffee or latte without having to babysit the machine by timing the espresso shot and manually frothing milk.

I bought the De’Longhi Magnifica Start fully automatic coffee machine from Amazon India and I’m very happy with the purchase. It’s a solid, well-built machine and does exactly what it promises. The coffee quality is excellent, especially for a beginner-friendly bean-to-cup machine. Setup was easy, and the customer support team was very helpful in guiding me through the initial configuration. The machine is simple to use, quick, and consistent in results. So far, it has met all my expectations. I would wholeheartedly recommend this to first-time buyers who want a reliable, hassle-free automatic coffee machine at home.
