Ooo lala! Yum.
This stuff is great! I love it on eggs, avocados, cottage cheese, and baked potatoes! I’m sure it’s good on many more things. I wish it had a shaker top…but I just pinch out what I need.

Delicious on Egg Salad!
This is delicious on egg salad! I eat egg salad on Wasa crackers, and this, as a topping is awesome! (it does not have a shaker top, which is better as the mix has various textures and weights, so better for being able to pinch) I have not tried on deviled eggs or scrambled, but I am sure it would be delicious as well. And it's not just a remix of the usual garlic, onion, salt, pepper that are popular, but tomato flakes, sesame seed etc. It's different but not too crazy or spicy. I would now miss having it, and I definitely have increased the amount I use on each cracker serving to probably 1/2 tsp or more. I think this would go on top of, or in, other egg dishes (like an egg potato salad) as well. Not spicy, but just right!

MIX IT BEFORE USE
When I first opened it to taste, I thought it was pretty bland. Then I realized that all the flavorful spices, including the salt, was stuck together in a ball in the middle of the can. This really needs and anti-caking agent to prevent that. So, I had to dump it out of the can and into a larger bowl where I could break up the clump and mix it thoroughly with the seeds and other ingredients. Once mixed, I found it to be pretty salty. Also, the can it comes in is really cheaply made.

This is my second time purchasing this item. I find the blend nicely balanced, adding depth to my egg dishes without taking over. Fairly priced for a quality seasoning product.
