Great for runners and rehab.
I bought this product at the advise of a running coach. I’ve only used it a few times but found the device is very helpful. The only real challenge I see is that the piece that goes behind the door can slip if you don’t have a tight space. Also, I imagine the foam pipe insulation components will break down more quickly. Overall, I’m satisfied and would recommend this product.

Wrong Item - Inventory mislabeled
The Perform Better Gray Cook Band is a fantastic item. However, Amazon has rather understandably mixed up their inventory. I ordered a "light / pink" which is Level 2, but Amazon sent me a "Heavy/Orange, a level 4. And the original bar code label for "Heavy/Orange" was covered up with a new label for "Light/Pink" - I peeled it off. Then I contacted Perform Better and ordered the correct item directly from them - Light /pink/ Level 2. You can now clearly see the difference between the two bands. You can also see how easily the Amazon inventory could get mixed up. I recommend ordering directly from Perform Better to ensure that you get the correct band weight if you do want a "Light, level 2, pink" band. Other than the Amazon inventory problem, the Gray Cook band itself is a great tool to add to your exercise equipment.

My physical therapist suggested this. It is sturdy. She gave me one or two exercises. I wish I had more examples from the manufacturer.

Pay attention to what the different colors mean!
Great band and exactly as advertised - but I bought the wrong one, and it is too much resistance for me. Need to return my magenta band and order the pink!
