This little soft, nose plugs are fantastic! They are soft and very easy to wear. Since using them a few days ago, I do not wake up feeling tired, no 'morning fog', no headaches. I can tell that I've slept well and my Fitbit stats show a marked difference in how I'm sleeping. I highly recommend this product.

This really worked for me. I just wanted something to help control the snoring. My husband says I snore but nothing as loud as it use to be. I would definitely by them again. Also just a note, it took 2 to 3 weeks to get use to them. Don't expect instant results, many times I woke up to find them out of my nose. Most of the time on the night stand. The last week, I have been able to wear them all night. Depending on sensitivity of nose I will switch between the two different types.

Amazing. While looking at a mouthpiece for my sleep apnea my girlfriend noticed this. My snoring has her VERY frustrated. I thought it would be very uncomfortable to stick something in my nose while sleeping. But, I will try anything to help. I was way wrong. Not only are these things not uncomfortable but they actually feel pretty good and help me sleep. My girlfriend says they reduce my snoring dramatically and she actually sleeps at night now.

First off, they work fairly well. Wife reports a dramatic reduction in snoring frequency and volume. The whole idea is that they open the nasal airway.Comfort? Takes some getting used to. But this package comes with every size, so you can try the one that fits best.Instructions? None. How long should it be used before discarding and buying new? No idea. Can they be washed? No clue. Is there a way to identify my size and buy just those? Who knows.

I was skeptical about buying these wondering if they would really work but they sure did. I slept much better, no snoring, and had dreams all night. I usually don't dream at all. My parents said it seemed to work. They said it doesnt hurt or bother them. It does come off during the night sometimes, but it worked for the most part. We shared a hotel room and I think they snored less than they normally do.

Improvement in sleep with less snoring for both my husband and me. There are eight in the package due to sizing. (4 sizes of two different styles) There was one that fit great for my husband and another one was a fit for me.
