I really like this helmet. The vintage style has that classic low profile look without being bulky, and it pairs perfectly with my bike. It feels solid and well made while still being lightweight enough to wear for longer rides. Comfort was better than I expected for a half helmet. The padding sits well, it does not pinch, and it feels secure without being too tight. For something that looks this good, it is also pretty darn comfortable. Being DOT approved is another plus since it gives me confidence that it meets safety standards. Overall it has the right balance of style, comfort, and protection. If you want a helmet with a vintage vibe that also feels good to wear, this is an excellent choice.

I didn't know how it would fit so I read the reviews to look for insight. I also went to a shop that sells similar helmets and tried some on. I found what I liked and what fit well. I also used a cloth seamstress tape to get an accurate measurement on my noggin. I knew from trying on some hats my hat size was 7 1/8. I determined based on my bean size, I should get a medium. I ordered it and it arrived a couple days later. Eager to get it on I hauled it out of the box and tried it on. It fits well. It's comfortable. Of course I had to take it for a test ride. I have a windshield on my bike so it's going to be different that a bike without. I did put myself in position to get more wind and it was just fine. It didn't wobble around on my head. It seemed light and not too obtrusive. I was able to wear my regular glasses with no issue. I adjusted the straps so it fit how it felt comfortable to me - not too tight and not too loose. I like the quick release it has. It makes putting it on and taking it off quick and easy. I did try on the sunglasses that were included. Kinda nice. No distortion and no glare. I was impressed with them for being freebies. It also came with a neck gaiter that is still in the bag. I may try it out at some point but that really isn't something I wear. I may just give it to an ICE agent if I see one. How well will this thing protect me in a crash? Probably just enough to have an open casket. I have no idea if it makes me look cool or not. Most likely, it does not. At least it doesn't look like I have a beach ball on my head.

It a gamble ordering online! This helmet is well designed sits nice on the head without looking like a big mushroom and the fact you can wear it frontwards or backwards is a big plus. I take a small and the helmet fits perfectly a little snug to break in to your own head. Super easy to adjust,durability and thickness feels excellent for a helmet that’s under $60 bucks and it came with sunglasses and face mask. If your looking for a beanie helmet I highly recommend this one. And to top it off I lost my baby sister in 2004 and the serial number on the helmet is her birthday really was priceless at that point!
