I bought this for flexibility training. So far so good. It seems to support my weight and I feel comfortable using it. However, there was no instructions for it. I originally installed it incorrectly until I went back on here and looked closer at the pictures

I love how easy this is to install, it only took a few seconds. My back is always so stiff, and it can be very difficult to relieve that pain. This stretching strap makes it easier to stretch.

The strap does not hold and it all comes apart the minute you try to put any weight on it. My 13 year old daughter was almost seriously hurt when trying it out.
