This microphone has a professional and sleek design, giving it a premium look. The media could not be loaded.  This was gifted to me which is why I am not a verified purchase but I promise that I gave this a solid test before reviewing, with that disclaimer stated now I can proceed.I have been using the hyperX Quadcast S for about 3 years now and have yet to find a plug and go mic I’ve liked more than that but it also retails for about $130-$160+. The box I got calls this “onikuma m-730” and I’ve found this brand to be a very solid quality for beginners just starting out or looking for budget friendly quality equipment for gaming, streaming etc.This comes with a usbc chord, stand, pop filter and microphone for less than $30… an absolute steal AND YOU CAN STILL MOUNT THIS LIL GUY!! Just make sure the screw is 5/8 in size for your boom arm or it won’t fit.Unfortunately it’s not really customizable which is why it’s not a solid 5/5. You cannot adjust the RGB and you cannot adjust the sound settings either but once you find your sweet spot where you want to place it, you’ll have no issues being heard. Just like my quadcast when you tap the button on the mic it auto mutes for you and the RGB shuts off so there’s no accidents when muting yourself.When filming my YouTube video reviewing this I also recorded myself with my quadcast and the only real different I found is the condenser in my quadcast is stronger than this one. I held the mic over 20 inches away from me and you could still hear me crystal clear, it was just a bit soft. The closer the mic to your mouth the harsher it sounds but still clear. The pop filter is decent but not 100% fool proofOverall, I strongly suggest for those on a budget looking for a solid quality mic that doesn’t take up too much space. I also strongly suggest if possible getting a boom arm to really remove any background noise as well.

This has made a huge difference in how my son plays his games. The ease of installation makes it a great microphone for beginners. The sound quality is equal if not better than some of the more expensive microphones. It’s stability and durability make it ideal for teenagers or younger children. Great price also.

It plugs in and lights up when connecting to my Mac desktop, but when I go to record it's dead. It picks up zero sound no matter how close or far away I get from the mic. The bright rainbow lights are cool but that's about it. I tried looking for a driver and it doesn't exist anymore. I'm very disappointed as I wanted to start recording right away.

The quality is not the best but is not bad. It's easy to use but not to setup. It needs better instructions, mainly for the sound, or it's not that good. It was very low and I had to talk close to the micro or it wouldn't work.

I've had this on my wish list for like over a year now but I didn't buy it until I needed it which was recently because my old headset broke. So, I decided to get this one as well as a Fifine headset. The sound quality is amazing

I gave this Mic to my son who's an avid gamer and he loves it. He loves that you can tap to mute and the LED lights change colors. His friends complimented him on how clear he sounded. I would recommend this mic.

I have several headsets, but I thought I would get a standalone microphone. Sometimes headsets get uncomfortable after wearing it for awhile. The RGB lights gives my desk some bling. The stand is stable although it does take up some desk space. And the microphone easily picks up talking and good quality transmission. Although I’m not using it for gaming, this is a decent microphone for non-gaming uses.

This product is very good especially for the price. My son got this for Christmas as he plays Fortnite with his friends, he is very happy as his friends can hear him very well as the quality is clear and understandable.
