I totally believe in homeopathy and this SleepCalm works for me. Easy to use. The container cap is twisted and pellets are dispensed. I take 6 tiny pellets, under my tongue at night. Very little taste, a little sweet. I fall asleep quickly. I like it and Borion always has high quality products!

Helps me sleep with no drowsiness in the morning. I take them and I become sleepy in a few minutes uses. I drift off, sleep well for over five/six hours, and wake with no morning side effects.If I wake during the night and can't go back to sleep I take 3 or more, depending on how awake I am. The little package is great for not taking up room. Just take 5 under the tongue and it did start working in a couple of minutes with no taste! It helped me relax to go to sleep! But the next day, I got a big headache! I figured try again the next night, but the same headache happened again the next day!
