Aladdin 0.6 Litre Tomato Bento Lunch Box

It securely contains liquids Thai curry in this case but it's thermal retention leaves a lot to be desired. I followed the instructions to the letter and the Thai curry was properly hot and full to the max. I screwed the lid on tightly and wrapped it in a plastic bag just in case it leaked. Opened the bag exactly four hours later and it was covered in condensation. The curry was tepid certainly not hot. I tried it several times and got the same result. In the instructions it specially stated that 95c food was tested at 60c four hours later. It goes the effort of detailing this test in the instructions as I suspect they get a lot of complaints, mostly because it doesn't work.

Have been using this for about 6 months now and kids have given a thumbs down. They say their pasta is always cold when they come to eat it for school lunch and also as they can't undo the lid by themselves (aged 7) they have to wait for a teacher to come around and help them. I put the food in at 8am (filled to the top) and microwave for 1.5 mins, stir and then 1 min as per the instructions. Also annoying that the lids mustn't go in the dishwasher. On the plus side lovely design, easy for small kids to use like a bowl, great that you can pop it in the microwave, and have never had a leak. Have just bought a thermos food flask so will see if that keeps food any hotter.

Our young son is quite a fussy eater but gererally likes things hot or warm and this was bought mainly for his school lunchtime when he didn't like the school lunches offered on certain days. So when we seen this on Amazon, even though it had mixed reviews, we thought it must be worth a try. We followed the instructions and the food was always piping hot to start with. After 4 hours each time we opened the box the food was freezing and some things went soggy due to the condensation. We tried quite a few different types of food but nothing stayed even the slightest bit warm and some stuff didn't look appetising at all.I have now returned this and we are back to the drawing board as our son was looking forward to taking this to school.I wouldn't recommend this and can't actually believe this can be for sale as it was so bad for us.

I bought this to be used by myself and my daughter. Its huge. No way that I could use this for a kids lunch but thats probably my mistake. I've tried it myself though and find it just doesn't keep my food warm. I like food such as rice and sauce - maybe there isn't enough liquid in my choices but its only just luke warm a few hours later. Also I find it too big to fill and I wonder if that means the food will cool more rapidly. I won't be using it for hot food but might give it a second try for chilled food.

I have read reviews people saying it keep food hot for two hours and warm for 4 hours approximately and I think its good for the price. I really like the design especially the lid goes inside the lunchbox which makes it spill proof. Good size you can use either compartments or fit both on top of each other and put lid of top one to the bottom one. One thing I am not sure about is that it doesn't say what quality standard plastic is used from the scale of 1-6 but it looks good quality.

Great lunch box have been buying this every year, keeps food warm.

An excellent purchase. I already owned an Aladdin tea/coffee flask. I didn't give full stars because of a few issues. Hot food doesn't stay hot for long enough in my option so now I put cool food in and I microwave it later. I also didn't give five stars because if food gets in the thread, where the lids screw in, it's almost impossible to clean out without a toothbrush. :)

does exactly what it says in product review, it keep the food near to piping hot from 8am to 12:30 when its time for my daughter to have her lunch, so now sh can have hot food in the winter, brilliant, i would recommend this item to anyone.

Lo compré pq Aladdin era la marca de referencia en mi infancia, Fabricada en EEUU y duraban una eternidad. Este modelo lo compré hace unos 6 meses. Los logos se han borrado a los 2 lavados. Las válvulas interiores saltan fácilmente y a los pocos días de usarlo se perdieron.

Termo para comida muy bonito de color, pero que ocupa mucho volumen. Mantiene el calor mucho menos tiempo que los termos de acero. Son dos termos independientes, el de abajo se enrosca en el de arriba y este dispone de asa.

Esteticamente è molto bello!I tappi non sono proprio facilissimi da avvitare ma prendendoci la mano .....!Si possono portare fino a tre cibi diversi separati perché il contenitore più alto ha un vano a parte! Inoltre i tappi sono intercambiabili quindi a seconda delle dimensioni del cibo si può portare dietro il contenitore grande o piccolo!La tenuta del calore è a mio avviso insufficiente! Mettendo cibo caldo alle 8 del mattino alle 12 è appena tiepido. Mi hanno consigliato di riempirlo di acqua bollente la sera e farla stare tutta la notte (io lo facevo solo per 10 minuti la mattina) per aumentare la tenuta, ma ancora non ho provato! i cibi più liquidi mantengono il calore più a lungo!Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, ma se volete cibi bollenti comprate altro!

Capiente ed ermetico. I cibi dopo 4 ore li trovi tiepidi ma non bollenti come appena messi. L'ho comprato x le pappe di mia figlia e mi sono trovata bene anche x via del doppio contenitore (in uno la pappa, nell'altro il brodo o sugo per diluirla). Il colore è come in foto. Comodo il manico x il trasporto che si può adattare su entrambi i pezzi, quindi in realtà sono 2 thermos in uno ma perfettamente autonomi nell'utilizzo. Prezzo ottimo, in un negozio il prezzo era di 26€ per un solo pezzo ( quello più grande tra i due).

Es genial! Va super bien, se pueden usar los dos recipientes por separado o juntos y intercambiar las tapas.Se puede meter en el microondas y si se calienta bien, aguanta hasta la hora de comer,no tan caliente claro.Yo uso el pequeño, para platos de cuchara y el grande para separar alimentos,pues lleva un accesorio para ello.A parte es super bonito,ademas de práctico.Yo lo he comprado super bien de precio!

Prodotto ottimo, lo conoscevo gia' ed ho approfittato di una offerta di amazon warehouse. Nello specifico il prodotto veniva venduto come usato, ma si trattava solamente della scatola di cartone rovinata mentre il prodotto era nuovissimo.Ottimo rispetto ad altri "bento" poiché e' termico.ATTENZIONE che non deve andare in lavastoviglie.

Ottimo contenitore porta pranzo.La parte più grande (in foto quella inferiore) contiene una porzione di pasta da 100 gr cruda e tranquillamente una porzione di pasta cotta e condita.Personalmente uso la parte inferiore per il pranzo e quella superiore per la cena, stando spesso fuori per lavoro per l'intera giornata.Il tappo ermetico e ad avvitamento evita la fuoriuscita di odori ed è quindi perfetto per chi come me porta il box in giro per tutto il giorno stando a contatto anche con la gente.Unica pecca si poteva pensare a un gancio per le posate.Ottimo acquisto che rifarei e consiglio!

Sono veramente soddisfatta. Il design è simpatico ed elegante, veramente pratico e funzionale. Si possono usare alternativamente i 2 contenitori o un contenitore solo a seconda delle dosi e non dimentichiamo la praticità di utilizzarlo direttamente nel microonde. Semplicemente perfetto, buona tenuta per 5 ore.

Cela a été commandé pour moi par ma femme comme cadeau d'anniversaire. Elle en avait déjà eu une, donc maintenant je pourrais avoir une boîte correspondant. Le calibrage est parfait car il me permet de prendre beaucoup de déjeuner avec moi pour travailler, d'une manière facile et confortable.J'avais déjà acheté un thermos, mais cela a explosé sur moi un jour de la pression d'avoir soupe à l'intérieur, mais cela transporte confortablement soupe et permet une pression pour échapper à travers les petits trous de cheveux, mais vous pouvez jeter la boîte autour et la soupe ne sera pas Fuite dans le moindre.Cela permettra de garder le déjeuner chaud si vous avez besoin, ou permettra un déjeuner froid à venir avec vous. Le lavage est assez facile, mais veillez juste à regarder ce que vous faites, comme certains éléments de silicone peuvent être enlevés, et peut-être besoin d'efforts pour être remis en place.Une merveilleuse boîte !!!===This was ordered for me by my wife as a Birthday Present. The sizing is perfect as it allows me to take much lunch with me to work, in an easy and comfortable fashion.I had previously bought a thermos, but that exploded on me one day from the pressure of having soup within, however this comfortably carries soup and allows a pressure to escape through small hair holes, yet you can throw the box around and the soup will not leak in the slightest.This will keep lunch warm if you need, or will allow a cold lunch to come with you. Washing it is easy enough, but just be sure to watch what you are doing, as some silicone elements can be removed, and may need effort to be put back.A wonderful box!!!

Ottimo prodotto, tiene calde le vivande, spazioso e resistente. Molto comodo da usare e da trasportare. Si possono scaldare le pietanze mettendo acqua calda all'interno del contenitore e sopra la vaschetta con il cibo.

Molto solido e capiente, un po' più ingombrante di quello che sembra, consigliatissimo, fa il suo lavoro, i cibi si mantengono caldi per molto tempo.

Ware qualitativ hochwertig. Es ist supe für Essensaufbewahrung, aber leider hält es nicht immer lange warm. Bei Essen ohne sauce wird das Essen nach zwei Stunden schon kalt. Wenn das Essen aber sauce enthält, dann bleibt es bis zu vier Stunden lauwarm.

Super praktisch für unterwegs. Hält warm,läuft nicht aus...heiß 1,5 bis 2 Stunden,warm noch 1 Stunde. Mikrowelle und spülmaschinenfest. Wir erwärmen entweder essen gleich mit in der Mikrowelle, ca 2-3 min, oder heißes Wasser im Mikrowelle und essen im Topf, und heiß Wasser raus und essen rein und zu und fertig!
