Great purchase so far
Be clear I am not rating this on a long term basis as I’ve only used it once. I have no clue about the durability of it or how it will hold up over time. That said upon first inspection and use it appears to be very well constructed with good quality materials and overall appears to be a high quality product. With that out of the way I can say this is the most fun I’ve had with An Amazon purchase on a while. i had to take my wife to an appointment about 500 miles away and the small size and weight allowed me to chuck this in the back of the car where any other watercraft would be simply impossible. That is, this little thing will allow you to be on the water in situations where you otherwise wouldn’t , be it a camping trip or hiking or just any situation where something bigger is Not realistic.I’m not real experienced with kayaking but to me this tracked and handled just fine on a very windy day at the lake. I am 6 ‘2 around 290 and I had no problems using this thing (I do have a short inseam though) . I was completely comfortable using it and it felt very stable and secure. Maneuvering around was effortless.Set up and tear down/ packing it up is also very easy. Rolls up easily and fairly compact. Probably not like some of the more expensive packrafts but still pretty compact and light.

Love This Rubber Duckie!
I've been shopping (this item is my 3rd try) for a super-packable, lightweight lake toy, and I've finally found it. We have a camper van and I only have a small amount of storage area (due to bikes, weaving looms, etc. etc.) to allocate to a water toy. We often take road trips and I look longingly as we drive by lakes or reservoirs. This packs so small it will fit at the corner foot of the bed. It's just the perfect size for me, 5 ft. 6 in., 140 pounds. It is narrow and short enough I store my drybag at the front of the cockpit to use the area as a foot stop, and the tube sides help support my legs if I want to sit semi-cross legged. If I eventually need additional room, I would set up a bungie cord system at the bow and store my dry bag there.I've taken it out four times on our current road trip so far—Willamette River, Odell Lake, Lake Tahoe and very slow section of the Green River, and it gets me on the water quickly and has been a dream so far, although I am unsure of it's long term durability. It's SO fast to set up and go (2 minutes of inflation with a small, USB rechargeable e- pump and 30 seconds to deflate). It’s been fun on these gorgeous fall days. It comes with an optional fin, although I'm not sure how helpful it is; I'm going to have to practice paddling light strokes so as to minimize zigzagging!I'm much more use to a paddleboard, which steers much better, is more stable and handles strong strokes without any zigzagging, but then, it's way too large and cumbersome to take on a road trip.I'm just happy to have something that will get me on a lake quickly, and the price is very reasonable as compared with the upper echelon brands.

actually impressed
I was surprised at the thickness of the material and quality of the seams. great item for the price and cool that the seat also stores and inflates the boat. Im 5'10" and fit perfectly in it. it doesn't track straight, but I was able to keep up with my buddy in a flat water molded kayak.

Affordable alternative to a packraft
This product package down nice doesn't weigh very much and was a great alternative to packraft. I took it to Alaska and it floated well and was easy to maneuver on the lake and river!

Fantastic!
I sail a Menger 17 Catboat. I seldom need a dinghy to get ashore so I don't want to tow one behind my boat. Being a good Amazombie, I poked around and started researching packrafts. This folds up to the size of a mailbox and the included storage bag can be inflated as a pillow. It takes up no room at all in the compartment in the stern. I tried inflating it with the bag and while that would work for a hiker or someone traveling light, after 2 minutes I realized this wouldn't work for me. I spent $26 on a rechargeable air pump that fits in the palm of my hand. Inflation takes three or four minutes. By the time I've dug out my double paddle and assembled it, the raft has inflated itself. The material, TPU, thermoplastic polyurethane is very durable. It has the properties of rubber with the hardness of plastic. I believe I read where this is attached to a nylon backing. The raft easily holds me and my folding bicycle and groceries. It has an extra large deflation plug and once pulled the raft flattens out ready for folding. If you watch the small video you see the paddler crabbing all over the place because they had a single paddle. That might be okay if you're just crossing a river or a small body of water as you're hiking or camping. To go any distance you really need a double paddle to help you keep on course since there is no keel. If you're into dingy cruising or you're just tired of dragging that boat behind your sailboat then this might be something you would consider. I paid for this and there has been no compensation.
