I like that by using a soluble vitamin I start & end the day hydrated. First thing I use it to take my other medications and vitamins with. For bedtime it ensures I go to sleep hydrated. I chose the brand after comparing ingredients and balancing against costs per day - these represent good value for money. I have been using for a month & can see improvements in my skin especially. My nails & hair have not changed much yet but maybe as they grow I shall report back. Flavour is nice, not too strong or sweet. (Couldn’t provide a rating for ease to swallow … would not recommend as they’re the size of a 10p piece and not designed for that!)

So I like this it has a berry flavour and honestly, I feel like it does wonders for my skin but I take issue with the fact that it leaves a slightly fishy aftertaste/smell in my bottles. That won't stop me taking it but I have had to stop using it in my reusable water bottle because it takes forever to get rid of the smell.

I’ve been using these now for two months and have noticed a difference in thickness of my hair and slight reduction in fine lines

These are a convenient additional intake of collagenI am a bit concerned since using I have been waking in the night with symptoms of restless legs I’m not sure if there is a link. Saw another review which mentioned joint pain after consuming. If you’re susceptible to RL I’d go with a gummy rather than an effervescent.I can’t vouch for what effect it has on skin as there are many factors to my skin care. I’m 31 so apparently I stopped making collagen 6 years ago so it isn’t going to waste (if it’s absorbable). Worth a try!

I started using it and it gives me better results than the collagen I used to get before, I keep using it, and the price is really great! Please make sure to check with your doctors before going for any supplements/vitamins.

I’m not sure for the effects, but i repurchased already as it has at least good taste and easy to drink which also a plus to add your daily water intake. Tried so many collagen pills/ shots etc but I’m not fans of taking pills/ capsules while the one in shots packaging had terrible taste.
