DON'T RESET.
Easiest way to transfer music is to put it on the micro sd card with your computer. Then plug the card into Hidizs. Cable transfer didn't work for me. DO NOT HIT THE FACTORY RESET ON THIS. When I did this. It came back up in Chinese. I had to ask Google how to set it back. It is heavy. Might not be for the jogger. But if you are a gym type. This works.

The player is very good player not as many features as the Fiio x5ii but it has only just hit the market a little while ago. It has already updated it self no problem after the update.

Over all experience is just poor
Only good thing is that the audio is really good. Other wise it is just not fun to deal with. I use google play and since it is not verified android device, you can only download up to whatever the system partition has available. Also support is not helpful at all. if you can manage to flash a custom rom onto this you might have a better experience but since there is none that have been developed for this device you will have to create your own. So in essence just go with something else

This is a high end sounding music player great build quality and feels nice in the hand.One or two things to consider though, Bluetooth is great with some devices but not all, wi fi is functional but week, USB in - requires additional software for windows and I have never got it to work at all with my Android which supports OTG usb. Digital out via USB is apparently going to work better with the next update.as is the line out function.To be fair Hidizs are constantly improving and fixing the firmware and things are getting better.So if you only want to use it as a music player you will be very happy with it out of the box, however if you want to stream music and or use it as a dac it may or may not function as you would like. Not to say it wont after the next firmware update but as is I would give it 9/10 as a music player 4/10 for the additional features.Be aware that most Amazon reviews here are for the AP100 not this AP200

Don't waste your money
[my original review was placed in different item. I realized that Amazon.com has many different places for the same item]To be fair, I did not buy AP200 from Amazon.com so it is not related with any Amazon.com service. I got AP200 when Hidizs had their Kickstarter. All the issues started as soon as I received AP200.1. AP doesn't allow me to install some android apps such as JetAudio. I don't know why and couldn't find any answers but probably the chip is not compatible wit other popular brands names (?).2. the stock software and music player is hard to control. They are not intuitive and not fully support other app do.3. the batter has problem charging and battery got swollen and the back cover was detached in a year. It is sign of very cheap parts and no service. I just wasted over $200. Please see pictures. I won't recommend this item and company and definitely wont' buy any more.
