I was amazed at how easy I was able to get to sleep and sleep 7 hours with this. Read that it helps with brain acuity and switched to 1 pill at night and 2 in the morning. Obvious difference in my morning daily puzzles I do to exercise my failing brain. Still able to get to sleep and sleep 7 hours. Was thrilled! Decided it would be better if I could divide equally; so purchased another brand that is recommended here that has a serving size of 4 pills instead of 3. 2 hours of tossing and turning to get to sleep, woke up a zillion times, and woke up with my brain whirring after 5 hours which was always a problem pre-Sports Research Magtein. Also, brain fog was back, but that could have been due to lack of sleep. Stuck with it for several days. No change. Didn’t work for me. Switched back to the Sports Research brand to see if maybe it was just coincidental the other brand doesn’t work for me. Nope right to sleep I went and slept 7 hours again only waking up during the night twice and not waking up with the whirring brain that won’t let me get back to sleep. IMO, this is the brand I will purchase in future and stick with it because it works for me.
