If you too were duped into thinking this has no sugar, because sugar is not listed as an ingredient here on Amazon, but when the product arrives and you find it loaded with sugar, you can insist upon a refund. I was so excited at the prospect of Chai without all the unhealthy sugar, but upon taking my first sip I had to spit it out. If you have type 2 diabetes or don’t want to have it, steer clear of this stuff. You might as well just buy the unhealthy stuff on offer at your local coffee shop.

This is by far the best tri concentrate that we have purchased. I will definitely be buying more in the future. It was the perfect mix of spicy and sweet chai both my daughter and I loved it.

This is the best tasting chai tea mix I've ever tried. It's not overly sweet so the spices really pop. The caffeine content is low enough to prevent the jitters. I love how easy it is to store, and measure the precise amount needed for my morning cup of chai.

Finally, a chai concentrate that tastes like authentic chai rather than overly sweetened syrup (I’m looking at you, Tazo). The spices are a deliciously perfect blend that deliver strong flavor rather than sweetness. This tastes like the chai I get at my favorite Indian restaurant. I will definitely be purchasing this regularly.

I am pretty unhappy with this purchase. I searched unsweet chai concentrate and in the description and pictures there were ingredients or nutrition facts. I trusted that it would be unsweet. Not only is it sweet but I don’t like the taste. And I’m really upset that I’m unable to return it. It tastes syrupy and the flavor isn’t good. Very disappointed.

I don't understand how this gets such good reviews when it arrives the ingredient list is different than what it says. I need a chai concentrate without ANY sugar, this is not it.
