I like this vaccum cleaner. Very lightweight and comfortable. Easy to clean and powerful.

I like it, it is very light and powerful. It is very affordable price.

We had some battery issues after a few months, hence the 4* only, however, they had sent us replacement battery free of charge. Then again when we had issues with the sucking power, their customer service was very helpful with advise after we submitted them a video, which turned out to be obstructions in the hose and filter, not an issue with the product, as rightfully pointed out by them.

This is our first vacuum cleaner and we are impressed by its first use. I hope Ultenic won't let us down and make us buy more of it's products happily. The quality of materials used looks premium and suction is also good. I'll revisit this review after few more days of use.

Very good quality. Nice battery and not heavy can easily be carried everywhere. Installation is easy for me too.

I tried the U11 and U12 they are amazing, and also have a professional customer service . I hope that the Ultenic will work on improve the battrey life in future . Thx

Nice product, good quality and worth for money.

There is no light on the battery pack to tell you when it’s fully charged.. the product won’t go up to the full suction either only to the 120 not the 150 as advised. On full suction(120) I only get a max of 20 minutes from it and this isn’t long enough to do the housework:((UPDATE** Battery has completly died now and now I can’t use it! Tried to return but the time has gone past the return date!
