Country Brook Petz - Martingale Dog Collar & Leash - Groovy Collection

I love the tie dye design. It was perfect. However, the leash and collar feel like they are made from satin ribbon. They are slick, so with the slightest tug, the leash slips out from your hands. Being constructed of a slick material, the collar adjustments slide super easy. I came home to find that my dog had her rear foot stuck in her collar, because she had been scratching, which pulled on the collar, making it larger, then her foot got stuck on subsequent scratches. That's a safety hazard!

I bought this for my puppy thinkingbbn it would fit. Turned out to be a bit big but that was no big deal as oddly shes not very big. So i put it on my ESA dog and it fits perfectly and as a plus he likes it. This is a dog that HATES wearing a collar too! It looks awesome on him. As a side note these tend to run a little big.

Beautiful Collar and leash. The color is exactly as shown! This is NOT a heavy, thick nylon leash. Its a thin, lightweight ribbon type nylon. If your is strong or you need more control this is NOT the leash for you. But if your dog trained and doesn’t need strong support this will work perfectly for you!It works for my leash trained dog!

The pattern on this collar and leash are really beautiful. But, unfortunately it just didn’t hold up with our very active dog. Also, the material is not like a typical leash, it’s smooth and it knots really easily. So, if you’re choosing this for a docile dog who isn’t going to pull much this is a pretty set. But, for us it didn’t pass the active dog test.

While I would never use a Martindale collar on my dog, my friends have a Greyhound, for whom this type of collar is necessary. It was a gift for his birthday and was very well received. They liked the print and received compliments on it. I have used this brand before and highly recommend this collar & leash combo!

The collar looks really good! The leash is as vibrant as the collar. The quality is excellent for both items. They even arrived four days early. My only complaint is the size. I had to make it as small as possible and it could stand to be a little tighter. My dog’s neck is 15.5 inches and I ordered a medium.

I bought two sets since my girl likes variety in her "necklaces". She also had a set coincidentally when I got her. They hold up well. We even used one leash as a tie out (attached to another leash for length) for a week while on vacation. Despite being drug through rough gravel, rain and mud it shows no wear. Just needs a quick washing. Most definitely want to get more colors for her.

Leash broke in 1 day and collar broke in 2 days. So unhappy. I was super excited that it came and worked as said except for durability and sturdiness. I have a 4 month old Chesapeake Bay Retriever/Chinaman Pittbull mixed.
