I got this for my gf and it works perfectly fine to swim during her period. She said the size smaller than expected and was little tight on her.

An absolute vacation saver!
I bought this for my teenager who was certain to be on her period for our family cruise vacation. We prayed it would work, and it did! Even on heavier flow days. She would have been devastated to not enjoy the beaches, and this saved the week!
