Use with extreme care & clean it first.
I used this with an illuminated magnifier. The tip, when first gently dabbed on my sensor, left a small square of what looked like spider's web. I had given the tip a quick wipe with provided alcohol wipe before hand, but clearly that wasn't enough. Wrapping a brand new Sigma lens cloth round the tip, I manage to remove this new muck but the original speck remained. I cleaned the tip more thoroughly and picked up the speck. Also removed a storm fly that had found its way on to my screen, that I had failed to remove using another tool. So,, it did the job but it needs really good clean straight out of the pack.

Works well
It removes specks of dust from my sensor, is reusable and more importantly IT REMOVES DUST FROM MY SENSOR (well anti-aliasing filter anyway). you have to be able to see the dust and it has to be less stuck to the filter than the tackyness of the grabber but otherwise for individual large dust specks this is without doubt one of the best dust removers. I tried the dust aid platinum and I also tried the lenspen thing and neither one was as effective as this product for the job it was described for.

This does the trick, although it depends on the dust type
Bought this to remove a couple of specks of dust from my sensor. I used a magnifying loupe to improve visibility and took my time and most importantly took care that the end was clean. The smallest specks were picked up and removed very easily, however the largest one was stuck firm and after several attempts eventually I had to do a wet clean. I can only assume there may have been some stickiness on the piece of dust. This is a useful and cost effective way of removing (I suspect of many if not most) specks of dust, and I have no hesitation in recommending it. It is now in my bag of bits and pieces and will I am sure be useful in future.

Fiddly to use but worked well
Bought to remove a sticky speck of dust from the sensor of my 5D Mk3. Instructions recommend using only the edge of the grabber tip to pick up dust to eliminate/minimize contact with the camera sensor. You'd need a dead steady hand and razor vision to do that and I couldn't make that work for me, just too fiddly. I cleaned the tip of the grabber very carefully with an alcohol wipe and used the flat surface of the grabber tip which worked perfectly. Very pleased indeed. After that I did a double pass with a moistened VSGO swab also bought from Amazon and the sensor seems very clean. I have read other reviews which state that the grabber left a mark, perhaps because it wasn't sufficiently clean to begin with.
