Good luck loading up Netflix, Amazon Prime or just the tv guide - those things take forever. When you push a button on the remote to select something the response time is ridiculously slow - you wind up pushing the button again and wind up screwing up what you wanted in the first place. I've never wanted to punch an inanimate object and for it to feel pain so badly.

Picture quality is very good, however the smart TV aspect of it is terrible, very slow and very old looking. Netflix however works fine on it.
