Tight fit that does not slip
Nice tight fit that does not slip. A little difficult to get on the stock but not bad. I turned it inside out so it would slide over the stock easier. Once in place I then rolled it back over itself. Sits on the stock tight. The slot for the sling connection lines up perfectly. Cartridge loops are tight, NO SLIPPING!!! Way better than my old, stretched out elastic stock guard that would drop cartridges every time I'd jump to the ground or lose footing on rough or slick terrain.

Great stock protection and easy access to extra bullets
I added this to my new Ruger .450 bushmaster rifle. Fit great, without moving around like the cheap ones. Holds extra ammo also. If you have a wood stock, it's great to protect your gun also.This is my 6th or seventh I've purchased over the years.

Looks and fits great
Had a tough time getting it on my Marlin 1895. But once I got it on, looks great. Very happy with this purchase

Nice but not exactly what was pictured
Slides up a little on my rifle butt (sling keeps it from going up further) and much darker green than what the picture looks like (wanted more brown tones to compliment my rifle colors) but it should work alright...
