This is a really nice, basic case, for the Kindle Scribe. Better than some of the other ones. It snaps in easily, but only covers the corners of the Scribe (maybe that's all that's needed). But, i imagine you may want more coverage on the sides if it gets dropped. I've heard that the Amazon Cases allow the Scribe to slip out, especially if dropped...so, this one would protect better in my opinion. The loop is nice to hold the pen (if you are concerned about it popping off of the side), and it also works well as grip to open the case, or to unfold it when in Stand-Mode. One of my complaints (minor) is that, when folded behind the Scribe, the flap slips around, and isn't held in place very well. It pops off often. I assume, because of magnets that arent super strong. When in Stand-Mode the magnets seem sufficiently strong, at least to hold it in place. All in All... this is definitley a good/cheaper alternative to the Amazon Case for the Scribe.

I like the quality and sturdiness of the cover but it is a little heavy. It will be easy to clean with a damp soft brush and rag if it gets dirty. Attractive design, nice holder for pen! The lift to wake feature is very much appreciated. Tipped over my stainless thermos on it and this is strong protection.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Fit and function is fine and it seems like it will protect the Scribe well. Feels good in the hands and the magnets work well in stand mode. Only thing is that it adds a noticeable amount of weight to the device. Makes it fatiguing to hold for long periods of reading.

I had a cover that opened from the side, and provided a slot on the side for the stylus. The plastic on that slot was thin, and half of it broke off after a pretty short time, so I tried a different style of cover. This one opens upward instead of to the side, and there is a loop at the bottom of the cover for the stylus. This works much better for me. It also feels more substantial and sturdy than my first cover. I'm very pleased so far.

If you're looking for a discount case, this will get the job done. I used it for the first three months of ownership and did not have any complaints. However, after upgrading to the higher quality first party scribe case, the difference is notable. This one is heavier, bulkier, and feels less premium. It is perfectly average and well priced. The upgrade is worth the extra money though.

To say it is a standing case or a case with a stand is a bit of a stretch. It can, but it can fall easily. There is no way of "locking" it into stand mode so just the touching of turning the page can cause it slide down unless you're holding it in place. It does add more weight than I expected, but I understand why. It's because of the extra protection it provides to the corners and back of the Scribe. The biggest issue with other cases that only attach magnetically is how easily the tablet can come loose from the case. If you drop a magnetic case there is a good chance for damage unless it falls flat on the front of back of the tablet. With this case, the tablet is secure inside the case. I take my Kindle Scribe with me to work daily so protection is important. I've been using this Ayotu Stand Case for about 3 months of daily commute, home, and office use. It has held up well and my Scribe still looks brand new.

I like this Kindle Scribe cover. I don't know if it protects my Scribe from a hard fall, although that was not the reason I purchased it. I just want to protect the screen from scratches and liquid spills which are the reasons I bought it. The stylus slot holds the stylus pen nice and tight so I don't have to worry about it losing it. Hopefully, it will hold up for a few years. Time will tell.

It has a cloth-like pattern, but the material is some sort of plastic. I was expecting a cover like the amazon cloth one.

Ich hab lange nach einer Hülle für mein Scribe gesucht. Diese erfüllt alle meine Erwartungen. Ja sie ist schwer, aber dafür ist sie wesentlich günstiger als Amazons völlig überteuerten Hüllen. Für mich eine wirklich gute alternative

Scribe Kindle definitely needs a travel screen protector and stylus holder. in the form of a case. Already lost the supplied stylus, before buying the case. Case does the job.

Après de longues recherches j'ai choisi cette protection car je voulais quelque chose de peu encombrant, solide, et qui n'altère pas l'écriture car j'utilise le Kindle scribe principalement pour le travail. Comme je le mets dans la vidéo, les aimants de ma couverture n'interfèrent pas avec l'écran mais permettent tout de même la mise en veille automatique. La protection a l'air solide, ne présente pas de défaut et le porte stylet le maintient bien en place. A voir à l'usage. Par ailleurs je peux rentrer le Kindle et cette coque dans une housse tomtoc pour le transport même si ça rentre juste. Je recommande à l'achat.
