LifePro Waver Vibration Plate – Full Body Vibration Fitness Machine –

I've been getting amazing results from my LIfePro Waver Vibration Plate Exercise Machine. I've had it almost a week, and I feel amazing improvements. The impact it is having on my lymphatic system, is being manifested in a better energy level and better sleep as well. This appears to be like a missing link for me. I feel at least 10 years younger. My wife and I both use vibration plate machines to help with some health issues and aid in muscle toning. We’ve got a larger one at our primary home that cost more than we wanted to spend for a vacation home that we’re not at ll the time. I looked at multiple options on Amazon and read the reviews and based on price, features and rating this one seemed to be what we needed. Only had it for a week but it works as good as our larger one that were paid 2 times as much for. It has more than plenty of speed choices and is extremely sturdy for its size. I like that it comes with a remote so you adjust settings without having to step off of the machine. To early to tell about durability but it feels solidly built

Very interesting concept. It rapidly tilts back and forth rather than vibrating. If you are sitting, is pulsates your legs to your waist rapidly, My wife keeps her feet fairly close together since she has a lack of cartilage in her knees. If you stand on it, start with feet close together and gradually widen as you get used to it. We are in our 80s, so younger folks can obviously be more aggressive with it. We probably will stick to the slower speed settings. My wife likes it which is amazing. She's a tough judge of exercise equipment.

So I far I love it! Color is pretty, more brown than the photos but I prefer that. Also it’s actually much more quiet than I was expecting. My MIL has an older one and hers is kind of loud. I got an exercise mat but it actually doesn’t need it in my apartment. I can’t say how well it works yet personally other than the tingling. Hoping to build strength and increase lymphatic drainage.

When I open the box, I was amazed that everything was working properly, and look so nice. The color I chose is a beautiful Red ♥️ Now I will have to purchase a warranty, and a mat for underneath, but that's okay. I am very satisfied with my Lifepro. After I had chose three others vibration plates, and sent three others back... I almost gave up, until I came across the Lifepro. I said, to our creator, thank you God!
