Doesn't say how much L-lysine anywhere? My package was Manufactured 05/04/2021, with Expiration date of 05/04/2023 Product of Thailand I'm new to carb blockers, but my recent experience with them have been quite favorable. So when I saw this coffee combined with White Kidney Bean Extract, I had to give it a try, as that is the forerunner in carb blocking ingredients. I wouldn't use this as my only carb blocker, but it is a nice way to incorporate it in. I actually like it as a smooth, creamy, sweet drink, or as an addition to regular brewed coffee, or mixed into my smoothies. This coffee mix is quite sweet. It is creamy. It is easy to drink. I think it is pleasant overall, but everyones tastes are different. Nothing really stands out otherwise. IF YOU MAKE IT AS PREPARED, then you will just be adding 4 ounces (120 ml) water to this. FOUR OUNCES. It result looks just like it does in their product picture. I do not find that it has a strong coffee flavor, but I do like the overall taste. I have made it with 4 ounces, 6 ounces, and 8 ounces of water for one packet. It doesn't change much in flavor--because it is really just sweet and creamy, and not much of coffee taste-- so go ahead and play around with it. I find if I want a stronger coffee flavor, then I either add instant to it, or I make a regular mug of coffee and add this in as as creamer. It is quite creamy and sweet! (I normally drink black coffee). My other use for it is adding it into my coffee smoothie I have been making most mornings. I dont have a specific recipe, but I use coffee, collagen powder, mushroom powder, protein powder OR a meal replacement powder, then sometimes a couple of other supplements. I find if I use this, add in some instant coffee powder for stronger coffee taste, some non dairy milk (instead of brewed coffee), and all the other stuff, then I have a really creamy nice tasting coffee smoothie. 3.5 stars. I like it more than just "OK" (3 stars), so I will go with 4 stars. Not too pricey ($10.49 at time of review for 10 good sized packets), has decent flavor, I have found many ways to consume it, I find it adds value to my life. Had it been stronger in coffee tasting, I would give it 5 stars. And, if it included the ingredients & nutritional info in this product description. Not everyone wants to add 80 calories (etc) to their coffee, I will update if I experience anything new. I am just half way through my bag (and am highly considering ordering more. so I guess I like it more than I though, ha). Solid 4 stars then

Great product. Worth buying.

I am a coffee lover and I found this and gave it a try. When I received it, it was nicely packed. It is easy to make and easy to transport because it’s packed individually. The coffee tastes nice and has great flavor. The only complaint is that the language of the package was in a foreign language so i couldn’t tell what was in it. Overall the taste was great.
