I didn't have huge expectations since I've never purchased a mattress on line before. I've always gone into a store. I am really impressed and pleased with the quality of this mattress. First I can't believe how compact they ship. The unveiling was impressive. There was a slight odor at first, went away quickly. The mattress is attractive, not sure why that matters but it does. It's solid. Feels well constructed. More on the firm side than expected but still very comfortable. The gel top feels cozy but you don't sink in too deep. You can easily roll over. I'm super happy with this mattress and very pleased with the price.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, very sturdy, no noises, no odd smells. so far holding up without issues. the only thing that is a little odd that takes some getting used to is that the edges are not more sturdy than the rest of the bed. I suppose this is an artifact of the fact that it has to be rolled up for transport. It did not take long to get used to. What can I say soft as you like but supportive and I am a big guy (heavy) so it has held up very well.

I spent a lot of time trying to decide which mattress to purchase on Amazon. There were just so many choices. So in the end I stuck with my gut and chose the Coolve 12in Hybrid. My partner and I had been using a mattress that neither of us could remember where it came from, so the bar was set pretty low. (It was at least 7 years old.) The shipping was quick and that was appreciated. We waited 72 hours for it to fully expand (we had heard to do otherwise basically ruins the mattress). Finally, on our first night, we noticed a few quirks that I had hoped were just temporary issues. Sadly, we have had the mattress for about 20 days now and it's becoming more and more obvious that these "quirks" are more personality traits. The edges of the bed have not fully inflated as much as the center of the bed. Or so it seems to be on the right side at least. I know this because the first night and a couple of nights following I managed to fall out of bed while I was asleep, This has NEVER happened to me before. It seems that the bed is at a slight slant. There are also already impressions where my partner and I each sleep. I'm not sure if maybe we took a couple of days off from using the bed if it would maybe fill back in... but that's not something that I feel like I should need to do every week or so. I do think that the mattress is comfortable enough to honestly get a decent night's sleep but again that's because I'm used to sleeping on such a terrible mattress that anything could be considered an upgrade. As far as pain, I usually wake up hurting all over. Especially in the knee and lower back area. This is what motivated me to look for a new mattress in the first place. Sadly, I am still not seeing much of a difference in that area. I didn't notice any kind of chemical smell or anything like that when I opened the package however so that's good. Overall, I don't know how to feel. I'm happy to be in a better mattress and I mean this mattress is far from being the worst. Unfortunately, I just feel a little disappointed.****Update***I honestly had to increase the stars for this product just because the customer service I've received from this company has been awesome. They are more than willing to try to find a fix for any issues that might occur with their products. They have more than redeemed themselves in my book.

We are very pleased so far with the beds. We went ahead and purchased 2 twin xl instead of 1 king mattress. Of course when you do something different you worry about how it will all work out. First of all, within 5 minutes, the beds had reached their 12 inch height. Boy that was a relief. Many do not get to their advertised height. We let them wait for about 82 hours before we actually slept on them. I honestly think that's a very good thing to do. If at all possible let the bed completely fill out inside and out. The only thing I would like to mention in case it matters, is that our 2 beds ended up being about 40 inches wide instead of 39 inches. Now we thought we were going to have a real problem because these two mattresses were going on one king frame. Plus we put side retainers on the frame to keep them from sliding or moving. At first it didn't look like it was going to work for us. My husband lifted them up in the middle and them slammed them down. Voila' we now have our mattresses where they need to be. I didn't have to buy twin sheets either. My deep pocket kings fit great over the 2 mattresses. I actually have to hunt for the seem where the 2 beds come together or I wouldn't know it wasn't one mattress. We've been sleeping on it for about 3 weeks and so far, so good. I think it's just right, not overly firm but not mushy either. I would like to mention that the sides are not real supportive so you might want to be sure you sit a little further back when you get out of the be.

Easy to open, and quick to expand. Opened it one night and slept on it the next. Firm, but not hard. My sleep has improved.

It was delivered and left on the outside of my covered porch. Thank goodness it didn't rain or snow the day of delivery. It did inflate quickly, but that is the only good thing I can say about it. This mattress is ridiculously heavy and required a dolly to move the box. It is hard as a rock with no give at all. I can barely get the corners up to put on sheets because it moves as a plank; no give at all. It is supposed to be compatible with my adjustable bed frame, but no. It just stays as one solid plank above the frame. I even bought a pillow top cover hoping that would help. After 3 weeks of waking up in pain, I have gone back to my old, lumpy mattress.I bought this mattress because of the 100 day trial period. When I contacted the manufacturer, they offered only an 80% refund or shipping it back to amazon in the original packaging. Really? There is no way to get one of these mattresses back into the box. I could buy a mattress box but that would cost me as much as the 20% I would lose from the manufacturer offer.
