Their warranty refused to cover the issue claiming it was because the pots was put on high heat while empty, which is not possible. no one in their right mind would do that. they just came up with excuses to avoid repairing under warranty or replace the 2 damaged pots under warrantyThe silicon covers for the handles are not stable and easily fall off
