So far so good stuff, haven’t really got it out in the heat, but I’m sure the Oklahoma sun will be testing it when I do, but so far this stuff fits on a knife fine slides on the cylinder and bore find, definitely recommend this product I would buy again

Works great for cylinder pin and over ball lubricant in my Remington percussion revolvers.
I use it on all makes of percussion revolvers. But specifically Remington army and also Remington Navy.The Remington Navy is worse about binding up. And the Brimshiner paste works very wellas an over ball lube as well as a cylinder pin lube. I have left my percussion revolvers without cleaningfor two to three days before cleaning. I haven't seen any ill effects from it.I clean the revolvers with Ballistol. Then wipe them down with the Brimshiner paste again inside and out.I shoot about 72 shots per range outing in each revolver. The Remington Army can go 5-6 cylinder loadsbefore relubing. The Remington Navy goes three cylinders before I need to relube. The gases in the .36 calseem to get forced down into the cylinder pin faster. Anyway, I have gone through about 4 cans of it.and I intend to keep buying and using it.

Good but too pricy
I bought this and tried it at a BP shoot in SoCal. Weather was mid 80s and very dry. It worked well but it is way over priced.

Black powder bore greaser
It keeps my bore lubricated after use, which makes much more easy to clean. Will recommend this product. Very happy with it.
