Sadly, not a patch on the previous model which we had & used intensively for many years. This one has lasted just over a year & then died - tripping the main fuses in the process!

This is my third Panasonic Combi and I have loved them until now. The convection oven takes far longer than my previous models to warm up but what really annoys me is that in a little over three months the glass plate exploded whilst cooking a ready meal. These things happen you might say but I discovered to my disgust and surprise that the glass plate is not covered under warranty. Not a happy man :-(

This is a fantastic all round bit of kitchen kit. I wanted to replace my 15 year old microwave/oven/grill; with one that is larger on the inside but smaller on the outside, if you get my drift. I bought a porcelain dinner service a few years back, unfortunately the dinner plates would not fit inside, but they do now, allowing me to heat food on the plate I wish to eat from if I so choose. The Panasonic NN CT585BPQ is both user friendly and easy to keep clean, I would have given it 6 stars if I could.

I really love this oven. This is my second one - my old one died on me and I immediately purchased another of the same. It works like a dreamand is so easy to keep clean. Looks good too. Cooks great. What else can I say? Delighted!

This is our first Panasonic item in our house, and upto now we are very pleased with the microwave and all of it's features.

Another replacement. Good combination microwave but previous models only lasted about 3/4 years, but it is in regular use. Reasonablr value for money all things considered.

This is a great combination microwave.Does jacket potatoes on the setting for them brilliantly.Very easy to use and is the second one we have bought as needed spare one for an apartment and had no hesitation in buying it again

Excellent piece of cooking equipment-until it goes wrong. Had the same model previously that failed after 18 months. Hoping it was a 'one off' as it is an excellent machine!
