I started out 6 months ago wearing a size 3XL. Within that time I have sized down 5 times! I wear every night and on my days off. Being consistent is the way to seeing results. I wear a white tank underneath which helps with perspiration and the material doesn't irritate my skin. I've ordered a couple of other brand waist trainers but this one is good quality, long torso, and doesn't roll down especially in the back.For reference:Size Medium. 145 lbs. 27in waist.

OK I was not sure how these things would work. And I hear so much about it on commercials and stuff....It's pretty snug, and it takes a little bit to get on. So I was wearing it almost every day for 5 or 6 hours. It's a little bit hard to take a really deep breath in . but it doesn't feel too tight other than that.. I noticed after just a couple weeks I did feel like my waist was thinner and my pants were fittingly better. Although thinking back I'm not sure if it's because of the waist training thing itself? Or the fact that when you wear it you do not eat as much food because you feel Fuller sooner. I did notice that I was not eating as big a meal as I typically do. So either way it's definitely a plus in that department.. What is kind of tricky about it, but I can't say it's a fault of the product, I just didn't think about it. Is that because it is so snug if you have any loose skin or back fat or anything like that..... It's going to puff up over the top like under your armpits area. So you can't wear a snug shirt because you can really see that left over skin or what not. I don't have a ton of back fat but just having that extra skin because I'm 52, you can really see it under your shirt. So I always had to have baggy shirts on and that was a little discouraging because it makes Your waist look great so you kinda want to show it off but you kinda can't.. All and all, this is a really long waisted item and I think it works really nicely. I definitely think you can't beat the price from what I've seen out there and the quality is thick and good. Would definitely recommend it

I am 5'10" and finding waist trainers, or any kind of shapewear that actually fits me property is hard. They are not meant for my tall body.I was excited to find this "long torso" waist trainer. I prayed that it would fit me. It is much longer and it sure fits me better, but it is not perfect.If I set it right below my breast, it does not shape my hips property. It gives it a weird bump. However, if I lower it to where it gives me the perfect hourglass shape, I get back fat and some between my breast and the waist trainer. If it were just 1 or 2 inches longer it would be perfect!I ordered a medium, based on the measuring chart and it fit on the last hook (I can't put it any tighter). A small would have been much better option for me.Thus far, this is the best waist trainer I have found, and I do love it. I find it very comfortable. It also helps with my lower back pain and it keeps me straight.I recommend!

I bought this because as a chef, my back is strained ALL day. I am 5’3”, 130 lbs and I bought a medium. Technically, I should wear the small in this brand and style. It has 3 rows of hooks and I used the tightest one on the first wear (which you normally can’t do without a great deal of effort). I’ve bought other long torso styles before so I opted for that with this one. When they say “long torso” they are not kidding. If I buy another one of this brand, I will buy just the regular…not the long. I like the fit to come all the way down so you don’t risk creating a lower belly pooch. This is so long that it touches the top of my legs. Always read the reviews and see what others say about the fit. These things vary wildly between brands. This one is made very well. The hooks are much sturdier than the last one I bought. They are larger and easier to manipulate. I would just say that you might want to size down if you are right on the cusp between one size and another. I feel like the medium would accommodate up to 150 lbs. Don’t forget…they are supposed to be tight and they do get looser the more you wear them. If you are starting out on the 3rd row of hooks (like me)…it’s probably too big.

I am 5.4 and a 1/2 and I weigh 201 pounds.I'm big around the middle. when I measured my my waist, it fit the 4x range. So reading reviews i got a 3x.... no no no. I dont think i could have fastened that around my thigh!! But determined to do the darn thing, i ordered a 4x and a 5x. NOPE. But I DID NOT GIVE UP!!! I ordered a 6 'expletive' X. So ready! :( . I dont doubt any of the reviews, but maybe it's just that maybe i received all 3x size... i just think the majority were 5 and 4, looks like all their items under this one rating. Which makes the system not useless but kinda. They simply did not fit 3X to 6X nada.... nunca zilch

Bought this with no expectations and I am very happy with what I received. Great quality, it helps with back pain and posture. Bought a size down because everybody in the comments said to do so and it fits perfectly. Its a little hard to put on but I had watch a few youtube videos and it is suppose to be a little hard to snap so it can do its work. The fabric is comfortable and over all its one of the best product I bought! Follow the great reviews! They are right!!!!! 100% recommand

100% Perfect, keep in mind its supposed to be tight but comfortable enough to breath.

This my fifth Yianna waist trainer. I started with M and am now a size XS . I am 5,2 and found it difficult to get a waist trainer that will not over shadow my torso. I bought the one for short torso but it will leave this fupa and my upper back will be popping out. But with this particular one everything is great. A little hard to put on at first but once you break in you good to go. Don't think twice just buy it. YIANNA WAIST TRAINERS ARE THE BEST SO FAR TO ME.
