Great value
For $5.99 they're a great value. At 35k RPM, they hold up well. At low speed they're just as good. They hold compound/rouge really well. They're reusable. These will probably last me a lifetime.I've used them for four months. Still using the same six, (black to rouge), I started with. Very durable. I'd buy them again, but I don't think I'll need to.

Had low expectations but was very pleasantly surprised.
Didn't realize how badly I needed these until I started going through them!These are actually fairly durable.I Paired these things up with some polishing compound and worked well on my 1911.I didn't go through as many as I thought I might. I wasn't expecting much, but, these do exceed my expectations.

Probably fine if you aren't looking for perfection.
As a restorer and occasional seller of antique metal items (knives, razors, dinnerware, furniture hardware), I like to go for a proper and perfect mirror polish on some items. This bulk economy set of polish wheels will get you close, like 90% there, but even with my finest polishing pastes (50,000+), there are scratches visible on the metal under certain light. I've found only true Dremel brand polish wheels can get me a perfect finish. I'm not really surprised by that since these wheels do seem to be made of a slightly coarser felt material than the Dremel brand.It's not all bad though. I mean you really can't beat this set when it comes to quantity for cost. They'll last you for quite a long time and they work well for the lower grit polishing stages of an item. They seem to have the same life expectancy of the Dremel wheels, and they're pretty much the same size, if not a bit thicker. As far as ease of use, they're interchangeable with just about any screw-on type of felt pad bit I've used, so super easy to swap out.
