It is over roasted. Some are even burnt. My hens didn’t like it. I wouldn’t buy it again.

My 3 (spoiled rotten) feathered ones LOVE ❤️ these. I used to buy the "flock party" brand, which they also went bonkers over, but I decided to try these... and oh my...its like a battle zone in their area when they hear me swish the plastic cup with these in it. They go from cute and quiet to ...get out of my way, I was here first...demanding hens...but as long as they like them, I will stick with these ...almost $10 less than previous brand and delivered to my Hen House directly...doesn't get better than that. So, if 3 Hens approve, who am I to say no....5 stars from us 🐔Side note...I did not eat these but gave 5 stars on "taste" due to Hens behavior...lol...just had to clear that up 🤣

Clean, Well-packaged, Birds Love ‘em
This is the second box of Grubsfarm Hartompet mealworms that I’ve purchased. They are priced inline with or less than other brands. They’re packaged nicely and stay “fresh”. I’ve bought lots of mealworms for the wild birds and these are as good as or better than the Pennington brand I can buy locally.Also, kudos to the seller, We Love Chickens — they were shipped and arrived a month earlier than Amazon said.

For the birds
Well since birds can’t review let me tell you they love the product. They clean the feeder out regularly. Packaged as it is makes for easier handling and storage than just a plastic bag
