⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We've been very happy with this Elite Gourmet 2-slice toaster. It toasts evenly, heats up quickly, and the different browning settings make it easy to get toast just the way we like it. It's compact, so it doesn't take up much counter space, but it's still big enough for bagels and thicker slices of bread. It looks nice, is easy to clean with the removable crumb tray, and has been reliable for daily use. Great value for the price!

Love it. Fits my kitchen color scheme. Heat works fast and easy. Timer works well. Quality is great. Would buy again!

The Elite Gourmet 2-Slice Cool Touch Toaster**is a pretty average toaster, but it gets the basic job done. It has 6 browning levels, which is nice if you like to control how light or dark your toast gets. In everyday use, it works reliably and toasts bread the way you’d expect without anything complicated. One feature I really like is the cancel button, which lets you stop the toasting early if the bread is getting done faster than expected. It’s simple, but it’s convenient and something I end up using often. The crumb tray is another good feature. It slides out easily, so cleaning the toaster is quick and simple. The only downside is that it fills up fairly fast, so you’ll need to empty it regularly if you use the toaster often. The 1.25-inch wide slots are helpful for thicker breads or bagels. They aren’t extremely wide, but honestly they feel about right—I can’t imagine them being much narrower without causing problems. Looks clean. I have the black one which goes well with black appliances. Overall, it’s nothing fancy, but it’s easy to use, easy to clean, and does the basic job of toasting bread well. If you’re looking for a straightforward toaster without a lot of extra features, this one works just fine.

The best thing about this toaster is the price. It does an acceptable job of toasting. If you are looking for something that will toast bread, this will do the job. Unfortunately the slots aren't quite wide enough for bagels. It toasts them finee, but jams when popping them up. I have to use a fork to pull them up. Since my toasting needs are basic, and it won't be a high use item, it's good enough.

Looked good but the first time I pushed the "toast lever" down it broke off. Got it to work using plyers, but it doesn't toast each side evenly. There are only 2 heating elements. Both on the outside....none in the middle...so you have to flip the bread over to toast both sides. Gonna pay the money and get a better one.

Excellent toasting! The seller provides a toasting-level guide I have used with bagels and thicker artisan bread, and it's worked well.

Some of the stuff I bought in Amazon is for my mom. She loves the toaster. She talk about the toaster every time I talk to her she told me she made bagels and all that she said is really good toaster she said it doesn’t burn her bagels or bread bagels and the English muffins don’t even toast. It comes out very evening and she is really thrilled so that’s why I gave her a five stars.

You get what you pay for. It definitely toasts. Not the highest quality of course, but works well.
