what is the material made of? Is it a blend?

These shirts are 100% polyester... not a blend

I am a XL should i size up ?

Don’t think so,shirts are pretty good in size

What is the fabric composition?

Fabric is some sort of blend. It has a nice feel similar to cotton and has some stretch. Pretty comfortable and does not wrinkle much. Stick in your gym bag and go.
