The cable supplied was professional quality (not cheap stranded stuff) and I had no problem clipping it towhere I wanted my extension. The IDC tool did the trick and connected the cable to the removable frontpanel on my master socket and to the extension socket supplied. Overall, very good value for moneyand a simple to install professional kit.My internet speed is still very good at the new location now Ihave moved my router. I've noticed this can drop off if cheap cable is used. All items arrived earlierthan expected.Excellent service.

Very good product with all the extras for the price - speeded up my broadband as the old cable was very old.

This did the job, inexpensively.

The cable seems good quality, except that the casing is not a snug fit encasing the wires, so it's possible to 'catch' part of the casing under the clip when fixing it on. Avoiding this makes the job more fiddly. There were not enough cable clips supplied. I only used about half of the length cable in the end, received 39 clips which was just about enough if I spaced them wider than suggested. The most disappointing bit was the extension box, really poor quality. It only had one hole to fix it to the skirting board; it would need two to be stable. No screw supplied here - had to go scrabbling around in the garage to find something. Out of the two screws supplied to fix the front of the box to the back, only one of them found its thread, the other just spinned. A few knocks from the hoover and the whole thing will probably fall off. This is only the second phone extension I've installed - the first one was a BT kit. Just no comparison for quality. Still I have given it 3 stars because it did provide a usable phone line. For now.

Totally useless, wired up correctly, phone works fine adsl will not connect, fine for phone useless for modem
