I’ve never used birberine before, ordered these to see if I could reduce my waistline a bit.They are easy to swallow, 30 capsules provide you with a months supply.The price seems fair for a months supply.I’ll keep using them and see how they work out .

These come in an easy to open and close screw container so is a good start. They are high strength capsules so you only need to take one per day. There is a smell that reminds me of liquorice which was quite strong at first but has faded. There are 30 capsules in the pack so for one month's supply they are a bit expensive but if they help the heart then it's worth it. I haven't noticed anything yet but I will update if I feel any change as it's early days yet.

Works well and helps keep my blood sugars in check. It take it with each meal and I measure my blood sugars after about an hour. It works very well. Recommended.
