Lovely bag, shame about the service!
I ordered the Misty Rose colour and was sent the cheaper Russet Red version - not what I paid for. But that's fine, mistakes happen - only when I requested a replacement, the very next day I was sent THE SAME wrong colour. This is not what I ordered and quitely frankly, I feel that this is appalling customer service. I have since requested a refund and decided to shop elsewhere. The bag is lovely and exactly what I need - just be careful ordering from here!

Late and wrong colour.
It’s a nice bag, absolutely no issues with it. The main problem was the long delivery time, followed by a long delay. When it finally showed up it was the wrong colour. Again, the colour isn’t a real issue as my daughter likes this colour.

Very nice looking
It actually does look like the photo it looks higher end definitely durable massive. It is missing the side pockets but I have found is not really a big deal. Throwing it on the inside with all the pockets that are inside of it. They’re big they’re deep really is big, the color is great definitely doesn’t look like it’s going to be breaking at the straps anytime soon it was a good buy for sure.
