THESE MADE ME FEEL BETTER! I cannot explain it because I am not a chemist. When I recently (within the past 3 months) began taking these ... I feel better in a general way. I am health conscious anyway and I feel sharper and just generally better all over! I give these my highest recommendation. Try them and see if you feel the same. I am in no way affiliated with them by the way. I prefer the peach to the apple flavor but I love peaches. I LOVE getting greens this way. I also want to mention no side effects, weird odor and taking one is identical to just chewing and swallowing a gummy bear.

Cannot open lid
The first jar I bought was great. When I bought my second jar, I could not open the lid, tried everything. I tried prying it open, asking several other people to try, and tried warming the lid that I read about in other comments. I bought a third jar and cannot open that lid either. So now I have 2 jars I cannot open. I guess I will need to find other greens gummies to purchase with a lid I can actually open.Edit: The company reached out and sent me a new jar that opened just fine. I'm happy they are fixing the issue because I do like the taste.

Do Not Order These Gummies
Do not order these. They are awful. I found out after bought that the company that makes these will not deliver in the summer because it ruins the gummies. They taste awful. I'm not even sure we should eat them. We bought 2 containers.

Give nutrients and energy!
The value is good, price is a little high but they help with energy and have nutrients that I probably wouldn’t get without taking them. I feel there a good value overall.
