Great bandAssisted pull ups made easy but not much in terms of resistance so if you struggle to do even on I'd go for the higher resistance ones.I use it for a lot of upper body exercises when j find it difficult to go to the gym.Lat pull downs, triceps extensions, curls, there's a lot of things you .ca do with it if you use a bit of imagination.

Thought I was getting all four coulours when I ordered, when my parcel turned up there was only a red one, it states bands so I thought it was a group of bands, although that as nothing wrong with the product I've ordered some more bands Thankyou

Più stretto e spesso degli altri elastici tipici di allenamento, ma che offre un'ottima resistenza.Anche se più stretto non ha effetto taglio quando si esercita pressione per l'assottigliamento e risulta morbido al tatto.Nella confezione si trovano anche due piccoli elastici per tenere ben chiuso l'elastico di allenamento, consentendone il facile trasporto e il facile ripiego.Lo spessore maggiore rispetto ad altri elastici sicuramente lo rende molto più longevo e sicuro, evitando qualche la rottura in fase di allenamento con la possibilità di farsi male. Ottimo per qualsiasi esercizio, si adatta bene al corpo, ed essendo morbido, la pressione esercitata dall'elastico al corpo quando è in trazione viene attenuata dalla sua morbidezza. Un prodotto eccellente.

Reçu aujourd'hui et agréablement surpris par la qualité de cet élastique. Un vrai élastique pour le coup.EN REVANCHE je ne mets que 3 étoiles car je suis assez déçu. J'avais lu dans les commentaires qu'il y avait un élastique rouge ET un élastique noir ! Je comptais recevoir les deux élastiques !ATTENTION ce n'est pas le cas ! Il n'y a QU'UN ÉLASTIQUE ROUGE ! Grosse déception je ne m'en cache pas !Mais si vous ne voulez qu'un élastique allez y les yeux fermés pour les exercices de muscu/fitness maison c'est déjà pas mal.

Je ne vais pas à la salle de sport c'est parfait pour moi
