Best serum containing Vitamin c Niacinamide is I think clearcut vitamin c face serum. This is my experience of using serum for skin brightening or skin whitening. Its around 6 months I am using clearcut vitamin c niacinamide face serum for my dull skin. Now it looks shiny and toned. It become soft also.My skin tone improved a lot. It is recognizable as many old friends of my collage gave complement to me about may make over.No more chip chipi oily skin now. I applying serum at night only. I massage it and it get quickly absorbed into the skin within 5 min.Very good quality serum. Brilliant packaging. cost is also less and affordable.It takes time to show results but it gives results, that the main thing. So I will recommend use atleast for about 4-5 months and then see results instead of comparing day to day basis. Removing acne or pimples from your skin is long process and time taking.
