Q: Are the almonds for this flour steam pasteurized or are they treated with ppo

I just called the company, the same number you can see in the photos. They do NOT use PPO on any of their almonds; it is steam pasteurized. Good to find another company that has gotten wise to the chemicals!

Q: Can you make almond milk with this almond meal?

No. Almond milk is made by grinding almonds in a lot of water and then filtering the pulp. You can, however, make almond milk from almond butter.
