Is the mouting bracket and cable included?

There is a electronic component in the back of the panels where the xt-60 connect to the panel. If you are asking for brackets to mount the panels it does not. Also, I tried to set the panel in serie to a Delta 2 and the power station did not charge Sent a note to EF to see if the unit does not take third party panels or the panels are defective
