On my hair (salt pepper brunette, heavy on salt 😊) this turned out more Kelly green, with yellowish tint..I had hoped it was more bluish-jade green..would probably look good as highlights on mostly dark hair

Q: How long does this color last before it fades back to your natural color?

It depends with color you choose. The pink will obviously fade faster than the red. It says on the box how long it lasts for.

Q: does it stain skin? I have slightly thinner hair in front and I wanted to know if I needed to be really careful unless I want a visibly stained scalp

It can briefly. It doesn't last long in hair and we were able to just wipe off the skin
